Jeffery started school yesterday August 18. He was so excited for school to start that he asked me on Sunday around 10 in the morning how long it would be until he could go to bed so it could be Monday. He was upset that he had to wait until after church to go to bed.
On Monday morning I woke up at 6:30 and was just laying in bed and he came in running at 6:45 asking if it was time to wake up for school. When I told him yes he got all excited and got his shower, got dressed and ate his breakfast without me telling him what to do. It is so nice that he is becoming more independent.
I really hope he has a good year this year cause last year he HATED kindergarten. I think it was just because his teacher had no patients with him.

Days off
I love having a day off in the middle of the week once in a while. I know my job is not that hard I just sit around all day and wait for the Doctors to send me a victim (to get their blood drawn). I do love spending time with my boys and they love the fact that we don't have to go anywhere or do anything all day if we don't want to. With my day off today I was able to get my laundry done which I usually do on Saturdays but hopefully this will make it so that we can go do something fun on Saturday. I also have to get the house ready for Jeffery's 6th birthday tomarrow. We are going to have friends and family over for pizza and cake and ice cream. Jeffery has been asking all month long how long until his birthday. And today he has been walking around singing "Tommarrow is my birthday, I get to be the birthday boy yeah, yeah, yeah." It is kindof weird that my oldest will now be 6 years old and going into first grade.
Anyways I am glad to have a couple of days off to be lazy being prego sure takes a lot out of you.

Memory tag
I have seen this on several of my friends' blogs, so I thought it was high time I joined in the shenanigans.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it...
1.As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together*. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember.
2. Re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave you a memory. If you leave a comment I'll assume your playing the game, and Ill come to your blog and leave a message.
*btw- since this is technically the family's blog you can post a memory about one member of the family, or the whole fam, whichever you like.

Yay 2 pink lines

Well folks we have done it again. We have decided to have baby number 5. Maybe this time it will be a girl. Not that we don't love our boys, but it would be nice to have a girl in the house to balance out all the testosterone.
Jake and I are very excited but at the same time a little bit nervous. It will be a big adjustment to go from 4-5 kids but it will be worth it.
We are due on March 2, 2009.

What the...
So getting out of my car the other day my keys decided to jump out of my hands. And this is where they ended up. I had to call the cops to help get my key out of the door cause they got locked in. It was so funny. I think it made the cops day cause he just couldn't stop laughing. Leave it to me to do something like this.
